How you will impact Southern States Cooperative:
- Responsible for greeting customer, assisting customer with product selection, upselling, cross-selling and completing sales transaction.
- Completes point of sale for customers
- Responsible for keeping showroom neat and clean
- Responsible for stocking cleaning and fronting merchandise in showroom.
- Checks incoming shipments, verifies with packing sheets.
- Assists in taking physical inventory
- Practices safety at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License - Satisfactory Driving Record. Weekend work required. Flexible schedules required.
- Requires physical strength and dexterity to walk, stand, bend, climb, reach, stoop, twist and lift/carry 50 pounds. Vision, hearing and speech essential. Hand coordination to use computer. Job requires contact with hazardous materials and drive/travel and work in adverse weather conditions.
